Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at L'Ora Serena. We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns
You have 15 calendar days from delivery to return your order without giving a reason. This period includes the 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
To start a return, email us at los.costumerservice@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you the instructions and the return address.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll confirm your refund. It will be processed within 14 calendar days using your original payment method.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrives defective, damaged or is not what you ordered; in that case we cover them.

Defective or damaged items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, email us with photos of the item and the packaging as soon as possible, ideally within 15 days of delivery. We'll send you a replacement or a full refund at no cost, without prejudice to your legal guarantee rights as a consumer.
